Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a BGV Specialist. The Verification Specialist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive background checks, including criminal, educational, and employment verifications. Daily tasks involve analyzing and reviewing documentation, liaising with customers and institutions to verify information, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and preparing detailed reports based on findings.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Formal Verification experience
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in report preparation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in background verification services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
