Job Opportunity : Venue Manager Weddingz (An OYO Venture) Location : Multiple locations across India Industry : Events, Weddings, Hospitality Type : Full-time | 6 Days/Week (Weekends working, weekly off on Monday) About Weddingz by OYO : OYO is a global platform that empowers entrepreneurs and small businesses with full-stack technology to increase earnings and simplify operations. Key Responsibilities : Connect with incoming customer leads via the calling app (50+ calls daily) and convert leads to achieve sales targets. Drive profitability and meet business metrics through effective sales strategies. Manage revenue generation and collections across multiple venues and packages. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and venue owners. Ensure smooth on-ground operations and stakeholder coordination (internal & external). Oversee event execution to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Sign contracts with customers on behalf of the company. Identify, negotiate, and optimize vendor partnerships under central team guidance. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C/inside sales. Prior experience in hospitality/events/weddings is preferred but not mandatory. Fluent in English and the respective local language. Willingness to travel to assigned venues (travel reimbursement provided).
