Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Venue Manager located in Kayamkulam. The Venue Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of event venues, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing budgets, coordinating with clients, and overseeing the planning and execution of events. They will also ensure all facilities are well-maintained and comply with safety regulations.


Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Venue Management and Event Management
  • Strong Budgeting skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Experience in the hospitality industry
