About Our CLIENT:

Our client creates a unique play-and-learn environment for children aged 0-7. Their specially designed zones encourage children to develop physical, cognitive, and social skills while promoting bonding time between parents and kids. Safety and comfort are the top priorities, ensuring a secure environment for all.


Position: Venue Manager

Her responsibilities will include:

  • Operations


PRIOR EXPERIENCE

  • She should have minimum of 3 years of management experience.
  • She must have a

    proven track record

    of focusing on customer service and operational excellence.
  • She should have demonstrated strong leadership in coaching, mentoring, and team building.
  • She must have experience in commercial and financial management, including cost control.
  • She must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • A First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
  • If she has an experience in children's education or enrichment is a plus.
  • She should be passionate about working with children and creating a fun environment.
