Vendor & Repair Management Executive / Manager

As a Property Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day repair, maintenance, and vendor activities for properties/projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and managing vendors, contractors, and service providers. - Negotiating contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. - Monitoring vendor performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, and resolving escalations. - Coordinating and supervising property repair, maintenance, and renovation work. - Ensuring timely execution of service requests, complaint resolutions, and repair works. - Maintaining proper documentation for vendor agreements, service logs, and billing records. - Implementing preventive maintenance schedules and tracking completion. - Working closely with internal departments (finance, operations, facility management) to ensure smooth operations. - Developing and implementing processes to enhance service quality and cost efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in vendor management, repair & maintenance, or facility/property management. - Strong negotiation, coordination, and relationship management skills. - Good knowledge of building maintenance systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil works. - Ability to handle multiple vendors and projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office / Excel and vendor management software.
