Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop new vendors for various parts such as Forgings, Castings, Machined Parts, Sheet Metal etc.
Source raw materials from vendors and negotiate prices to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Manage vendor development by identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, and establishing relationships with them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to supply chain management and procurement.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products from vendors while maintaining excellent communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-8 years of experience in Vendor Development or similar role in the automobile industry.
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Automobile or Mechanical field.
Strong understanding of P2P cycle (Procurement-to-Production) process knowledge is essential.
Proficiency in sourcing raw materials from vendors and negotiating prices effectively.
