Job Description

Role

Develop, identify, and onboard new vendors for manufacturing requirements.
Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement and production needs.
Ensure vendors meet compliance and quality standards.
Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure long-term collaboration.
Apply knowledge of CNC machining processes to evaluate vendor capabilities.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in
Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
.
35 years of experience in
vendor development or supply chain management
in the manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of
CNC machining processes, tooling, and components
.
Proven ability to identify, develop, and manage vendors in the
Faridabad/NCR region
.
Excellent skills in
negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor relationship management
.
Knowledge of
quality standards (ISO/TS)
and vendor evaluation techniques.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
