Job Description

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage payable and receivable cycles
  • Process vendor payments and follow up on customer dues
  • Reconcile supplier and customer ledgers
  • Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax return filing
  • Ensure timely deposit of taxes and statutory dues
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets
  • Monitor actual vs budgeted expenses
  • Support management with financial analysis and reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and daily cash reports.
  • Handle fund transfers, payments, and bank transactions
  • Maintain proper documentation for loans and financial instruments
  • Prepare documents for internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with audit recommendations
  • Implement internal control procedures to prevent fraud
