Vendor Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for vendors.
• Coordinate shipments, dispatches, and delivery schedules with vendors and logistics teams.
• Follow up with vendors on pending orders, timelines, and shipment status.
• Work with purchase, accounts, and operations teams to ensure vendor requirements are met.
• Maintain vendor records, purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and related documentation.
• Track vendor performance, delivery timelines, and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports and dashboards using Excel.
• Support the onboarding of new vendors and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in negotiations related to delivery timelines, costs, and requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and policies during the vendor management cycle.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in vendor coordination.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting, Data Analysis).
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and vendor accounts.
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
