Job Description

### **Driver Job Responsibilities** 1. **Safely operate vehicles** (car, van, truck, bus, etc.) following traffic laws and company policies. 2. **Transport passengers, goods, or materials** to assigned destinations on time. 3. **Perform routine vehicle checks** (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) before and after each trip. 4. **Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle** inside and outside. 5. **Report any mechanical issues** or needed repairs to the supervisor or maintenance team. 6. **Ensure proper loading and unloading** of goods, following safety standards. 7. **Keep accurate trip logs** including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery records. 8. **Provide excellent customer service**, such as assisting passengers or clients politely. 9. **Follow assigned routes** or use navigation tools to find the safest and fastest paths. 10. **Ensure safety of passengers or cargo** during transportation. 11. **Adhere to company schedules** and deadlines. 12. **Comply with legal requirements**, such as maintaining a valid driver’s license and required permits. 13. **Handle vehicle documents** (registration, insurance, delivery papers). 14. **Work in coordination with dispatchers** and management for route planning or delivery updates.
