Job Description

HTC Global Services is looking for VDI Administrator with Backup / Monitoring to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) systems, including backup and monitoring.
Ensure high availability and performance of VDI systems by troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new technologies and processes.
Develop and maintain documentation of VDI systems, including configuration and troubleshooting guides.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on VDI systems.
Monitor system logs and perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of VDI administration, backup, and monitoring technologies.
Experience with VDI management tools such as Citrix or VMware.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
