Job Description

We are looking for a skilled VDI Admin with 8 to 15 years of experience to join our team on an immediate contract basis. The position is available across Pan India.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain Citrix VDI environments, including AWS Workspaces and Azure VDS.
Troubleshoot end-user issues related to Windows patching and other technical problems.
Utilize common tools like SCCM, McAfee, and MS Defender to manage and protect the organization's IT infrastructure.
Implement CI/CD or automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
Develop and maintain documentation of existing systems and procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in VDI administration, with expertise in Citrix VDI, AWS Workspaces, and Azure VDS.
Strong knowledge of Windows patching and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with common tools such as SCCM, McAfee, and MS Defender.
Familiarity with CI/CD or automation concepts is desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
