As an Analyst in Wholesale Banking Operations, your role is crucial in providing superior client service by leveraging your trade and banking expertise to tailor cash and trade products according to market demands. Your timely support to regional business stakeholders is key in managing their expectations and aligning them with client needs. It is essential to mitigate financial and reputational risks by effectively monitoring, controlling, and regulating the process as a seasoned wholesale banker. Your key responsibilities include: - Handling operations related to Trade Finance, Treasury Operations, CMS, Clearing, Stock Exchange, and currency chest. - Ensuring quick turnaround time and accurate processing of transactions. - Controlling the Function of SMEs on ECBs, FDI, ODI, and other FEMA issues for various Clients & Business. - Monitoring Customer Complaints, addressing escalations, analyzing root causes, and implementing preventive measures. - Providing periodical Reporting / MIS to the Central Office within set timelines. - Supporting Regional Head to achieve targets and goals while demonstrating effective branch management skills within the region. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Graduation in Bachelors in engineering, technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management. - Post Graduation in Masters in engineering, technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management. With a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Wholesale Banking Operations, you are well-positioned to excel in this role and contribute significantly to the success of the organization.,
