Vapi AI Voice Agent Builder — One-time Project

🔧 Scope of Work

• You will build an automated workflow that includes:
• AI voice agent creation using Vapi.ai
• Inbound & outbound call flows
• Appointment booking via Calendars
• Call logging to Sheets/CRM
• Integration & data flow via Make.com
• Workflow documentation (basic SOP)

🎯 Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using Make.com
• Set up and configure AI voice agents in Vapi.ai
• Integrate with Google Sheets, Calendars, CRM (HubSpot/GoHighLevel optional)
• Implement callback/follow-up call logic
• Document the workflow (SOP format)

🧠 Required Skills

Must-Have:

• Make.com (Expert level)
• Vapi.ai (Experience building voice agents)

Good to Have:

• Twilio
• Google Sheets
• HubSpot / GoHighLevel
• Zapier / Pabbly / Integrately
• OpenAI API
• Calendars (Google/Outlook)
• CRMs
