XcendLabs is looking for a talented automation expert to build an AI-powered voice agent and supporting workflows for one of our clients. This is a one-time implementation project, ideally delivered within 10 days. 🔧 Scope of Work You will build an automated workflow that includes: AI voice agent creation using Vapi.ai Inbound & outbound call flows Appointment booking via Calendars Call logging to Sheets/CRM Integration & data flow via Make.com Workflow documentation (basic SOP) 🎯 Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using Make.com Set up and configure AI voice agents in Vapi.ai Integrate with Google Sheets, Calendars, CRM (HubSpot/GoHighLevel optional) Implement callback/follow-up call logic Document the workflow (SOP format) 🧠 Required Skills Must-Have: Make.com (Expert level) Vapi.ai (Experience building voice agents) Good to Have: Twilio Google Sheets HubSpot / GoHighLevel Zapier / Pabbly / Integrately OpenAI API Calendars (Google/Outlook) CRMs 📦 Deliverables Fully functioning AI voice agent Workflow built in Make.com Sheet/CRM updates Calendar booking logic Documentation on how to maintain the agent 🕒 Timeline 10 days from start to completion 💰 Compensation $100 fixed for the complete build-out 📝 How to Apply Send: Your experience with Make.com + Vapi projects Similar workflow examples you’ve built Delivery confidence (how soon you can start) About Us – XcendLabs We specialize in building AI-powered workflows, automations, and business systems.
