Knowledge of NFC , EMV , and related transaction technologies. Skilled in IPC mechanisms (pipes, message queues, shared memory) and multi-threaded programming . Experience with shell scripting and Linux debugging tools ( GDB, Valgrind, Strace , etc.). Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases for application-level data storage. Hands-on with Makefiles, CMake , and version control systems like Git or SVN . Ability to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and secure embedded applications Preferred Experience: Development experience with VX/V72 POS terminals or similar. Background in embedded systems , device driver interactions , or hardware integration . Previous work in retail, payment, or transaction-processing environments .
