Job Profile

• Taking Quotations for new requirements and negotiate
• Interact with the Suppliers on day-to-day basis.
• Review deliveries against the orders.
• Track the status of all Purchase Orders.
• Produce and maintain all reports and records.
• Update of BOM of all materials in system.
• Maintain records of all Open purchase orders and its Calls for Purchasing and deliveries.
• Generating E way Bill. store (Inward outward)
• Maintain Mould Hours Costing Sheet
• Handling Of Outdoor. Maintain packing material like boxes/polybag etc. .Handling Transport.
