Job Description

Develop and execute high-quality visual designs for web, mobile, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to translate concepts into visually engaging solutions.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints.
Create illustrations, icons, and infographics to support storytelling and communication.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and product launches.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.
Create high-fidelity mock-ups, UI assets, and design specifications for development teams.
Ensure consistency in visual design across different screen sizes, resolutions, and hardware platforms.
Conduct visual audits and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in visual design, preferably in a digital-first environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Sketch.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design work across digital and print media.
Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
