About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX and Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing visually appealing designs and user-centric interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive digital experiences and create engaging graphics that strengthen our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

User Interface (UI) Design

• Design clean, engaging, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to translate ideas into interactive prototypes and final designs.
• Maintain design consistency across all platforms and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

User Experience (UX) Design

• Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide design decisions.
• Perform usability testing and apply insights to refine and improve user experiences.

Graphic Design

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials including marketing collateral, social media graphics, and brand assets.
• Develop and maintain visual brand elements such as logos, icons, and templates.
• Ensure all designs adhere to company branding and visual identity standards.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Present design concepts clearly and effectively.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to enhance final outputs.

Tools and Technologies

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and Sketch.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles, and responsive design.
• Awareness of current design trends and best practices in UI/UX.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions for digital products.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design work.
