About the Role

We are seeking a promising UX/UI Designer to play a key role in defining and leading the User Experience (UX) of our application. You will be responsible for translating user needs and product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and delightful design solutions. In our dynamic startup environment, you will be a vital contributor to the product's design, helping us build a scalable and relevant app that meets and exceeds market standards.

Your focus will be on creating smooth user journeys, paying special attention to designing micro-interactions that make even the most functional screens feel engaging and secure. You will be instrumental in building user trust and confidence as you grow with our team and product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Process Contribution:

  Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and brainstorming to creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.

• User-Centric Design:

  Take initiative in conducting user research and usability testing. You will help analyze findings to understand user behaviors and translate them into design improvements.

• Information Architecture & Interaction Design:

  Create clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that contribute to a logical and intuitive application structure.

• Micro-interaction & Engagement Design:

  Design and mock up meaningful micro-interactions and animations that provide clear feedback, guide users, and enhance the overall user experience.

• UI & Visual Design:

  Create clean, visually appealing, high-fidelity mockups that align with our brand and design system. You will help maintain and expand our component library.

• Strategic Ideation with AI:

  Utilize AI-powered tools for rapid ideation, mood boarding, and exploring initial design concepts. You will apply your growing knowledge of human-centered design to help evaluate and refine these ideas.

• Collaboration & Iteration:

  Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and iterate on designs within an agile workflow.

• Market & Trend Awareness:

  Stay curious and up-to-date with the latest UX trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
