UX Writer

Your role as a talented and detail-oriented UX Writer in our growing Product Design team involves collaborating closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to craft clear, concise, and user-friendly copy across all our digital products. Your work will be crucial in creating a seamless, engaging, and intuitive experience for our users. As a UX Writer at Gravity One, your responsibilities include writing clear, concise, and user-focused copy for product interfaces such as buttons, error messages, tooltips, onboarding flows, notifications, and other elements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the copy aligns with the overall user experience and design vision. Maintaining consistency in tone, voice, and style in accordance with Gravity One's brand guidelines is essential. Additionally, you will conduct content audits, analyze user feedback, and perform usability tests to optimize content based on user needs and behavior. The ideal candidate for this role has a passion for storytelling, prior experience in writing for product and user experience, and the ability to understand the context of an executive user group. You should have a Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, along with 7-10 years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, or similar role in a product or digital environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in writing for digital interfaces, microcopy, and user-centered content is required. You must possess a deep understanding of UX principles and how written content contributes to the overall user experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and stakeholders are crucial. Attention to detail, the ability to balance creative expression and functional clarity, and the capability to understand and implement brand voice and tone while meeting different product needs are also important qualities for this role. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience working in Agile environments, knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive writing practices, experience in SaaS, mobile applications, or other digital products, and a passion for design, user-centered thinking, and creating delightful user experiences.,
