Your role involves collaborating with designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to craft clear, concise, and user-friendly copy across all digital products. Your contribution is essential in creating a seamless, engaging, and intuitive experience for users. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write clear, concise, and user-focused copy for product interfaces including buttons, error messages, tooltips, onboarding flows, notifications, and other elements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align copy with the overall user experience and design vision - Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and style following Gravity One's brand guidelines - Conduct content audits, analyze user feedback, and perform usability tests to optimize content based on user needs and behavior **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent professional experience - 7-10 years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, or similar role in a product or digital environment - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in writing for digital interfaces, microcopy, and user-centered content You need to have a deep understanding of UX principles and how written content enhances the user experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders are crucial for success in this role. Attention to detail, balancing creative expression with functional clarity, and implementing brand voice and tone to meet diverse product needs are also important qualities. Preferred qualifications include experience in Agile environments, knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive writing practices, experience in SaaS, mobile applications, or other digital products, and a passion for design, user-centered thinking, and creating delightful user experiences.
