UX Researcher

As a highly skilled and creative UX Researcher at our company, your role will involve contributing to the development of user-centered design solutions. You will be responsible for conducting various user research activities to gather insights into user behaviors and preferences. This will include conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing research findings and translating them into actionable recommendations for product/service improvements. - Creating and maintaining user personas based on research findings to guide design decisions and ensure user-centricity. - Designing and executing usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of our products/services. Identifying usability issues and collaborating with the design and development teams to implement solutions. - Collaborating with designers and developers to create prototypes and wireframes that reflect user needs and preferences. - Using quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights and trends from user data. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between user research findings and business objectives. - Leading the development of new programs and initiatives, from concept to implementation, to address business needs and drive growth. - Developing strategic plans and roadmaps for program execution, outlining goals, objectives, timelines, and success metrics. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for program goals. - Overseeing the execution of programs and initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. - Monitoring and analyzing program performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and optimization. - Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support program objectives. - Identifying and mitigating risks associated with program execution, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on program outcomes. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience. - Proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing in a professional setting. - Proficiency in research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate research findings into actionable insights. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate research findings to cross-functional teams. - Experience with UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma is a plus. - Knowledge of web accessibility standards and guidelines is desirable. - Proven experience in program management or strategic planning, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex programs and initiatives. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
