UX Ops

As a User Experience Assessment professional, you will be responsible for various tasks including User Scenario definitions, Problem Framing, Wireframing, Prototyping, User Boarding, and Usability testing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Neutrally representing the User in a project and during management deliberations - Continuously evaluating prospect and user needs, industry trends, and acting as a conduit to Product for Product development - Travelling to end-user sites and pilot/test locations to scout opportunities - Developing new tools for effective prototypes closer to users and use-cases - Identifying design shortfalls and User needs through User Researches - Making design and UX proposals related to functions and features - Delivering on project requirements within target timelines - Coming up with UI and UX strategies based on target goals - Collaborating with other departments to utilize their domain expertise for successful delivery on user needs and high levels of user satisfaction - Defining and describing the architecture of a solution in the context of a specific solution - Compiling and presenting User needs and solutions to Management and Leadership The end goal of this role is to design friction-free UX and engineer simple-to-use connected mobility solutions through digital (App) in combination with physical (in-car). Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in Solution Engineering and communicating complex user issues and use cases to development teams and product departments - Deep familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative research methods including AB testing, data analytics, and user research - Experience with agile development methodologies - Experience analyzing unstructured information, knowledge of visualizing, hands-on experience with MS Office, and Creative Prototyping tools - Experience interpreting user insights into potential engineering opportunities - Adequate skill in crafting original GUI mockups, storyboarding, user flows, freehand sketching, and low-fidelity prototypes - Curiosity for data-based decision-making and comfort working with data - Basic understanding of Design Thinking Desired skills for this role include: - Familiarity and experience with development tools such as JIRA, Miro, XD, Figma, etc. - Willingness to be occasionally hands-on (Telematics Hardware installation at the customer facility for POC, application testing, etc.) - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the work week (in a no-pandemic situation) - Basic technical understanding of smartphone App development - Experience conducting user research - Experience with user-centered design methodologies - Working knowledge of behavioral analysis - Basic understanding of Controller Area Network protocol and Telematics system In addition, behavioral traits that are important for this role include: - A strong sense of urgency - Being an effective team player - Having an out-of-the-box and yes-and mindset to achieve goals - Possessing critical-thinking and problem-solving skills - Demonstrating respectable time-management skills - Proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills - Maintaining a positive attitude and an awesome sense of humor,
