Description
As a User Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting User Experience Assessments, defining User Scenarios, framing Problems, creating Wireframes, Prototyping, onboarding Users, and carrying out Usability testing. Your role involves representing the User impartially in projects and management discussions. Continuously evaluating prospect and user needs, along with industry trends, will be crucial in bridging the gap between Users and Product development. You will be required to travel to end-user sites and pilot/test locations to identify opportunities and gather insights. Developing innovative tools for creating effective prototypes and aligning them closely with user requirements will be a key aspect of your role. By conducting User Research, you will identify design shortcomings and User needs, proposing design and User Experience enhancements related to functions and features. Meeting project requirements within set timelines and devising UI/UX strategies aligned with organizational goals are essential responsibilities. Collaborating with various departments to leverage their expertise and ensure successful delivery of User needs, leading to high levels of user satisfaction, will be part of your day-to-day activities. You will define architecture solutions within specific contexts and present User needs and solution proposals to the management and leadership team. Your ultimate goal will be to design seamless User Experiences and engineer user-friendly connected mobility solutions through digital applications in conjunction with physical components. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Solution Engineering, effectively communicating complex user issues and use cases to development teams and product departments. A strong command of quantitative and qualitative research methods, including AB testing, data analytics, and user research, is required. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience in interpreting user insights into engineering opportunities are essential. Your skill set should include crafting original GUI mockups, storyboarding, user flows, freehand sketching, and low-fidelity prototypes. A data-driven decision-making approach, coupled with a basic understanding of Design Thinking, will be beneficial. Additionally, familiarity with development tools and a willingness to engage hands-on, including occasional travel and installation tasks, are desirable traits. You should possess a basic technical understanding of smartphone App development, along with experience in conducting user research and user-centered design methodologies.
