Role Overview

UX Designer / Product Designer

where users go, in what order, and why


Responsibilities
  • Design and document

    end-to-end website user flows

    (landing → signup → success)
  • Define

    information architecture (IA)

    and page hierarchy
  • Recommend navigation structure and CTA placement
  • Identify friction points and optimize conversion paths
  • Deliver clear UX artifacts (flows, diagrams, wire-level logic)
  • Collaborate asynchronously with product and design stakeholders


Deliverables
  • User flow diagrams
  • Sitemap / IA documentation
  • Homepage-to-signup journey recommendations
  • Notes on UX improvements and drop-off reduction


Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a

    UX Designer or Product Designer

  • Strong background in

    user flows, IA, and journey mapping

  • Experience with

    SaaS, fintech, or B2B platforms

    (strong plus)
  • Comfortable working independently and delivering quickly
  • Proficiency with tools such as

    Figma, FigJam, Miro, or Whimsical

  • Portfolio showcasing UX flow or IA work required
