UX Designer

As a UX/UI Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across our clients" digital products and services. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into innovative design solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual aesthetics, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct user research through various methods such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate experience solutions and design ideas effectively. - Design intuitive user interfaces and content pieces aligned with clients" brand guidelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional team members and client stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives. - Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across all products. - Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback. - Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends and technologies. - Advocate for the user and champion user-centered design principles. - Present design work to stakeholders and articulate design rationale. - Prioritize your time across multiple project needs. **Requirements:** **Must have:** - Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer. - Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma. - Understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design. - Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles. **Nice to have:** - Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with AI tools to enhance workflow and output.
