• Facilitate initial user research activities, including interviews and surveys, to cultivate a deep understanding of user needs and pain points, directly informing design decisions for a better human experience as a UX Designer - Intern.
• Craft compelling wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, translating user insights into tangible design solutions and iterating based on feedback to refine user flows and interfaces.
• Support the planning and execution of usability testing sessions, meticulously documenting observations and synthesizing findings to identify critical areas for design improvement and validate design hypotheses.
• Contribute to the visual design of user interfaces, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal and intuitive nature of our digital products.
