Job Title: UX Designer (Figma Specialist)

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented UX Designer with 1-5 years of experience, specializing in Figma, to join our software product development team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences. Your expertise in Figma will play a crucial role in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align designs with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Maintain design consistency across projects by developing and managing design systems.
  • Stay current with UX/UI trends and best practices to enhance product design and user experience.

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in UX design, particularly in software product development.
  • Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing your work, including wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Experience in creating and managing design systems.
