UX Designer

About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and skilled UX Designer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic and collaborative team. Youll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products, working across the full design lifecyclefrom research to final visual design. Key Responsibilities:Conduct UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis.Create personas, empathy maps, journey maps, and information architecture.Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive user interfaces.Apply design thinking and problem-solving methodologies to create impactful digital experiences.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences.Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.Continuously test and refine designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Requirements:3+ years of experience in UX Design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.Hands-on experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.Strong understanding of design thinking, human-centered design, and UX best practices.Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Miro, Adobe After Effects, etc.Excellent visual design and interaction design skills.Experience designing responsive interfaces and knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) is a plus.Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Education-Bachelors degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
