UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to frame problems and define design goals.
• Conduct user research, journey mapping, and task analysis to identify opportunities for improved user experiences.
• Design and prototype user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using

  Figma

• Collaborate closely with

  Engineering Managers

  ,

  Tech Leads

  , and

  Quality Engineers

  to evaluate technical feasibility and ensure design fidelity in implementation.
• Contribute to and expand our

  Design System

  , proposing new components and patterns where necessary.
• Lead or support

  usability testing

  , synthesizing feedback to refine and validate design solutions.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply strong visual design principles layout, color, hierarchy, and typography — to deliver intuitive, elegant interfaces.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Mentor and support junior designers, sharing best practices and encouraging design collaboration across teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years

  of experience in

  Product Design or UX Design

  , preferably on cross-functional agile teams.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  in Design, HCI, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Deep understanding of

  user-centered design principles

  ,

  interaction design

  , and

  usability best practices

  .
• Proficiency in

  Figma

  ,

  Jira

  , and other design collaboration tools.
• Strong skills in

  responsive web design

  information architecture

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to justify design decisions effectively.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Experience in

  Healthcare, Wellbeing, or Fitness

  product design.
• Familiarity with

  data-driven products
