Jobe Role & Responsibilities

• Design System Collaboration
• Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party teams to manage and evolve the design system
• Design, document, and update functional UI components that ensure consistence accessibility, and scalability
• Ensure the design system remains current as products and client requirements evolve
• Prototyping Interaction DesignCreate high-fidelity prototypes that articulate user journeys and micro-interactions
• Rapidly iterate based on feedback and usability insights
• Team Client CollaborationWork closely with developers, product managers, and consultants to ensure seam
• less design-to-development alignment
• Communicate effectively across distributed teams and time zones
• Tool Mastery:
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, shared libraries, version control, collaboration features)
• Hands-on with design handoff workflows and best practices for remote collaboration
• Documentation GovernanceOwn documentation for design components, patterns, and workflows
• Uphold standards of usability, accessibility (WCAG), and brand consistency across projects

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio showcasing design system contributions, component libraries, and product design work
• Demonstrated expertise in functional design, prototyping, and design documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consultancy environment
