UX Design Specialist

As a User Experience Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in crafting meaningful and intuitive experiences for various web, mobile, and digital assistant applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting user research, interviews, and surveys to gain insights into the needs, pain points, and goals of business users. - Developing personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to visualize end-to-end user interactions. - Defining information architecture and user flows for complex multi-role systems. - Creating low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models to demonstrate design concepts. - Facilitating usability testing and feedback sessions, analyzing results, and iterating designs for clarity and efficiency. - Collaborating with Product Owners and UI Designers to align UX strategy with product roadmaps and business goals. - Partnering with engineering teams to ensure design intent is maintained during implementation and complies with accessibility and usability standards. - Contributing to the development of a consistent design system across all platforms - web, mobile, and AI interfaces. As for the qualifications required for this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer in SaaS or complex enterprise systems. - Proven experience in conducting end-to-end UX design, from research and strategy to usability validation. - A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design. - Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. - Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for large-scale applications. - The ability to effectively communicate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with Agile product development and working closely with Product Owners and Developers. - Experience in PropTech or real estate management domain is preferred.,
