Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a UX Design Specialist located in Ranchi. The UX Design Specialist will be responsible for incorporating user-centered design principles into all stages of the product development lifecycle. This includes conducting user research, developing prototypes, applying visual design, and using design thinking methodologies to enhance user experience. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Qualifications Proficiency in User Experience Design (UED) and User Research Skills in Prototyping and Visual Design Experience with Design Thinking methodologies Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Ranchi Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred Experience in software or web development is a plus
