As a UX Analyst at Barclays, you will be embarking on a transformative journey where you will spearhead the evolution of the digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. You will leverage cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Provide early-stage research, ideation, experience solutions, and designs for products and features across various digital channels. - Contribute to features from concept to delivery, grounded in human-centered design principles. - Implement responsive and mobile-first design practices and work within a design system. - Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, and researchers in agile environments to balance user needs with technical constraints and business goals. - Present to stakeholders and demonstrate good communication skills. - Assist in usability tests, synthesize findings, and contribute to product design and problem-solving. - Manage product development UX initiatives, including oversight of colleagues, implementation of departmental goals, and maintenance of department efficiency. - Develop and implement policies and procedures for product development UX. - Monitor financial performance of the product development UX department and conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Experience in product design, problem-solving, and team collaboration. - Basic proficiency in prototyping in Figma and knowledge of service design or journey mapping. - Familiarity with design tokens, component-based architecture, and cross-platform design. - Certifications or training in accessibility, design thinking, or UX strategy. The role is based in the Pune office.
