Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in developing and supporting enterprise ticketing systemsHands-on experience with UTT or Opentext Service Manager.Strong development background inREST / SOAP APIsSQL / PL-SQL (Oracle, MySQL, or similar)JavaScript / Angular / HTML (for front-end components if applicable)

Experience In Working With Telco Domain Processes Such As

Fault ManagementIncident/Problem/Change ManagementService Assurance workflowsExperience with integration via ESBFamiliarity with ITIL processes and ticket lifecycle management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket)Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS stack and network domainsFamiliarity with monitoring/logging tools (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana)Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologiesPrior experience in large-scale enterprise application environments
