Job Description: As a Utility Bill New Associate at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical. You will assist in managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing optimal solutions. Your responsibilities will include closing faults and complaints within SLAs. The role is specifically focused on the Service Desk Non-Voice Support team, where you will be recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests primarily through non-voice interactions such as email, web, and chat.
