As an International E-commerce Email & Chat Support representative based in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional back support to Overseas Clients through online web and chat channels. Your primary duties will include engaging in chat conversations with two to three clients simultaneously, as well as managing email communication in accordance with the specific process guidelines. To excel in this role, it is essential that you possess excellent English communication skills. You must be prepared to work in rotational night shifts and relocate to Ahmedabad. The salary range for this position is between 26,000 to 36,000 INR per month. Additionally, you can expect travel reimbursement with your first salary, along with initial accommodation provided by the company for the first 5 days at no cost.
