User Researcher

As a User Researcher, your role will involve utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research methods to gain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations. You will collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure user-centric decisions are made to enhance user experience, drive product innovation, and align with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and execute research studies in collaboration with stakeholders to identify research objectives and core issues. - Implement various user research methods such as user interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, field observations, and diary studies. - Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to evaluate the user experience performance of product prototypes and online functions. - Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract key user insights, behavior patterns, and pain points. - Create research reports, user portraits, and user journey maps to facilitate communication across departments. - Convert complex data into clear conclusions and product recommendations. - Support product and design collaboration by participating in user research activities from the conceptualization stage to product iteration. - Provide optimization suggestions for UX/UI design elements and ensure that product solutions meet user expectations. - Contribute to establishing a user research process and maintaining a knowledge base within the organization. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in fields such as psychology, anthropology, sociology, design, statistics, or human-computer interaction. Master's degree is preferred. - Proficiency in various user research methods and tools such as Lookback, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, and Excel. - Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. - Over 2 years of experience in user research or UX research, preferably in B2C, B2B products, SaaS platforms, or mobile applications. - Familiarity with embedded research in agile development environments would be advantageous.
