User Researcher

Role Overview: As a User Researcher at Leap, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end user research activities. Your main responsibility will involve working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather user insights that will shape business and product decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute end-to-end user research, including activities such as interviews, surveys, and diary studies. - Analyze and synthesize research findings to create actionable outputs like personas, journey maps, and research reports. - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and business teams to influence product direction based on user insights. - Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods to identify user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns. - Advocate for a user-first approach and drive decision-making processes based on research-backed insights. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in UX or user research, preferably in a fast-paced, product-led environment. - Proficiency in qualitative research methods such as interviews, usability testing, and diary studies. - Familiarity with JTBD (Jobs-to-be-Done), usability heuristics, and product discovery frameworks. - Comfortable using tools like Dovetail, Maze, Lookback, and Miro/FigJam for research activities. - Ability to present research findings effectively through presentations, storytelling, and visual frameworks. - Enjoy transforming raw data into clear insights that directly influence product and design decisions.
