What the Role Entails:

Build, scale, and sustain a world-class design system in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Balance detailed UI craftsmanship with broader system-level strategy.
Design polished UI and interaction patterns tailored to the healthcare industry.
Maintain a communicative, team-oriented design system practice.
Solve complex systems-architecture challenges through deep, thoughtful design thinking.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:
3+ years in product design, including 2+ years contributing directly to a scaled design system.
Skills:
Exceptional UI and interaction design craft.
Strong proficiency in
Figma
, especially component-building tools.
Familiarity with front-end concepts (React, HTML/CSS, iOS, Android) and how design systems map into code.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
Mindset:
Passion for design craft, systems thinking, and enabling teammates to do their best work.
