creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with

    product managers, developers, and stakeholders

    to define and implement innovative design solutions.
  • Conduct

    user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis

    to inform design decisions.
  • Create

    wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows

    to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop and maintain

    UI/UX guidelines, design systems, and style standards

    .
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing

    interfaces for web and mobile platforms

    .
  • Ensure designs are optimized for

    accessibility, responsiveness, and performance

    .
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience based on feedback and analytics.
  • Stay up to date with

    UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

    .

Key Requirements

  • 5–8 years of proven experience

    as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing

    web and mobile application designs

    .
  • Proficiency in design tools such as

    Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

    (not for coding but for collaborating with developers).
  • Experience in

    user research, personas, and usability testing

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    responsive design principles

    .
  • Excellent

    communication and client interaction skills

    .
  • Ability to work in

    Agile/Scrum environments

    .
  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field

    (preferred).
