What You’ll Do:

• Turn complex ideas into simple, elegant, user-centric designs.
• Define the visual language of our products - from concepts to final UI.
• Craft wireframes, prototypes, flows, and stunning high-fidelity screens.
• Build design systems that are scalable, consistent, and future-ready.
• Lead UX research, dive into user behavior, and design journeys that make sense.
• Collaborate with product & tech teams to bring ideas to life.
• Mentor juniors, host design reviews, and raise the creative bar.
• Tell stories through your designs — because great design always speaks.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 3+ years crafting world-class digital experiences.
• Mastery in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• A strong grip on typography, grids, spacing, color theory, and micro-details.
• Ability to think like a user and design like an artist.
• Strong presentation skills — you can explain the “why” behind your decisions.
• A portfolio that reflects creativity, clarity, and modern design thinking.

Bonus Superpowers:

• Experience with motion graphics & micro-interactions.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS limitations.
• Experience designing SaaS platforms or dashboards.
• Curiosity for user psychology and product strategy.
• Motion design tools, after effects, AI tools, 3D AI and advanced or basic knowledge of AI design
