User Interface Designer

As a visionary UI designer with a strong grasp of brand identity and a passion for creating unique designs, you will play a crucial role in defining and shaping the visual identity of our brand. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and shaping the visual identity of our brand across all platforms to ensure consistency and uniqueness. - Leading UI/UX design efforts to create intuitive and aesthetically compelling interfaces. - Collaborating with product and development teams to translate ideas into seamless user experiences. - Establishing design guidelines, frameworks, and best practices that align with our brand vision. - Taking ownership of design decisions to ensure scalability and long-term impact. - Collaborating with stakeholders to refine and iterate on design concepts. To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications: - Strong fluency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Deep understanding of brand design to create visuals that are distinct and exclusive to the brand. - Ability to lead design initiatives and mentor junior designers when needed. - Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with an equity-based role in the initial phase. - At least internship experience in UI/UX design OR the ability to showcase strong skills through a portfolio. - Passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
