You’ll fit right in if you can:

• Turn chaos into clarity: Create UI designs that are simple, functional, and make users go, “Why wasn’t it always like this?”
• Dazzle with design: If your portfolio makes the complex look stupidly simple, you’re halfway there.
• Be our design avenger: Collaborate with PMs, developers, and other designers like Iron Man assembling the squad—only with less bickering and more Figma files.
• Speak stakeholder-ese: Decode feedback, filter out the “make it pop” fluff, and turn it into a design that makes everyone happy (or at least quiet).
• Handle design system like a pro: Consistency, scalability, and a dash of elegance, keep our design system running like Bolt on the track.

What You'll Do:

• Craft gorgeous UI: You’ll make interfaces that are not just usable but delightful. Think of it as designing for people who don’t read manuals.
• Create “Wait, that’s fintech?!” experiences: Turn boring money matters into designs that are as engaging as binge-watching Succession.
• Iterate like a boss: Feedback is your frenemy. You’ll use it to refine designs until they’re nothing short of spectacular.
• Keep up with the trends: Whether it’s neumorphism, glassmorphism, or whatever the next -morphism is, you’ll stay ahead of the curve.
• Flex your tools: Figma is your playground, and prototyping tools your superpower. If you dabble in Protopie, Rive, or anything motion, we’re low-key impressed.
