User Interface Designer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Working closely with UX researchers, you will incorporate user insights and feedback into the UI design process to make data-driven design decisions. Collaboration with UX designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders will be essential to turn concepts into functional UI designs. Additionally, you will contribute to and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products. Applying fundamental UI principles such as hierarchy, spacing, color theory, typography, and interaction design will be a key part of your role. Leveraging AI tools to speed up design ideation, prototyping, and asset creation, reviewing and improving existing UI components and user flows, and staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices are also crucial responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in UI design for digital products. - Prior experience in fintech or designing for financial platforms is a strong plus. - Strong formal education in a design-related field, with an emphasis on human-centric design, user experience, or interaction design is preferred. - Positive attitude towards learning and going the extra mile to create memorable projects. - Team player who enjoys collaborating and having fun while getting things done.
