User Experience Designer Intern

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, and basic prototypes

• Support UI design tasks: layout, spacing, hierarchy, typography

• Apply UX principles to improve usability and clarity

• Assist in research, insights gathering, and problem-framing

• Work closely with product and development teams

• Prepare clean design handoff files and maintain documentation

• Suggest improvements, contribute to design discussions, and think beyond visuals

Requirements

• Strong understanding of UI fundamentals

• Basic knowledge of UX processes, heuristics, and principles

• Hands-on experience with Figma or similar tools

• Ability to create low-fi and high-fi designs

• Optional: motion design or micro-interaction skills

• 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience (internship/freelance/projects)

• Detail-oriented, quick learner, and comfortable with feedback
