User Experience Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a User Experience Designer. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for applying design thinking to create user-centric designs, conducting user research to inform design decisions, and creating visual designs that deliver excellent user experiences. The designer will also be tasked with developing prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Experience (UI & UX)
• Experienced in conducting User Research and applying research insights to design
• Strong Visual Design skills to create aesthetically pleasing and functional designs
• Ability to develop and iterate on Prototypes to refine design concepts
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma is a plus
