Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience Designer located in Defence Colony. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, employing design thinking methodologies, and creating visual designs and prototypes. The role also involves improving user experience (UX) by collaborating with other team members to ensure designs meet user needs and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research
• Should have strong skills of Figma and Web flow.
• Strong skills in Visual Design and creating engaging visual content
• Experience with User Experience (UX) design principles and methodologies
• Expertise in Prototyping tools and techniques
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the education or career counseling industry is a plus
