Key Responsibilities: Lead Design StrategyDrive overall user experience and design strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals, brand identity, and user needs. UI/UX Design LeadershipLead the UI/UX design process from conceptualization to execution for web, mobile, and desktop applications. Collaboration with Product TeamsWork closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to understand product requirements, user needs, and project goals Translate these into engaging, user-centered designs. User Research & TestingOversee user research activities (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys) to gather insights that inform design decisions Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve the user experience. Mentorship & Team DevelopmentProvide leadership and mentorship to a team of UI/UX designers, guiding their growth, improving their skills, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Prototyping & Interaction DesignDesign high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Design SystemsLead the development and maintenance of a design system that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints Work to improve and update the system as new patterns and UI trends emerge. Cross-functional LeadershipPartner with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and address any design-related challenges during development. Client & Stakeholder CommunicationCommunicate design concepts, rationale, and progress to senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients. Experience: 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on leading design initiatives. Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality user interfaces and exceptional user experiences for complex products. Extensive experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform design (web, mobile, tablet, etc.).
